Miscast’s 1 Hour Terrain Challenge

In his typically self-deprecating fashion, Trent Holbrook has accomplished something pretty cool with this Miscast crafting video. Apparently, the episode was meant to be a one-hour crafting challenge with another crafter, but it seems that fell through. But Holbrook may be the Bob Ross of RPG miniature terrain, always embracing the happy little accidents. Here he races himself to create two one-hour builds––a sci-fi structure and a fantasy set-piece. It’s hard not to cheer this talented artisan on as he narrates both projects through the lens of his own struggles with his creative aspirations. He ends up with two very serviceable terrain features and a hair more confidence in his own skills.
